Who We Are
SHARE THE BOUNTY INC. is a charitable organization who’s core mission is to feed the hungry in our local communities.
At Share the Bounty, we believe that everyone deserves access to healthy and nourishing meals, regardless of their financial or social circumstances. Millions of Canadians live below the poverty line, and many others are struggling with addiction, mental health issues, and other social disparities that make it difficult to meet their basic needs. We are a charitable organization that aims to provide free, healthy meals to those who need them most.
Partnering to Fight Hunger
We partner with local businesses, such as grocery stores, farms, and restaurants, to collect excess food supplies that would otherwise go to waste.
Our team of hardworking volunteers prepare these supplies to make healthy meals that are distributed to different shelters across south-central Ontario. We also host events where we serve prepared meals to members of various communities who are in need.
We also provide bags of non-perishable grocery items to many persons in the facilities we serve.
Serving the Community
Since our founding, we have served over 1000 residents in a short period of time, and our motto is “Healthy meals for all.” We are committed to helping to feed the hungry in our local communities and making sure that no one goes without a nutritious meal. Join us in our mission to create a world where everyone has access to healthy food, and no one goes to bed hungry.
What We Do
Delivering and providing food to those in need is our main focus, but we also relieve poverty by providing other necessities of life to those less fortunate.
Serving Meals & Food drives
Feeding the insecure is a noble and important cause that can make a real difference in people’s lives. We regularly prepare meals and deliver them to shelters across Ontario.
Clothing Drives
At Share the Bounty, we donate warm clothing like coats and jackets in the winter, and lightweight clothing like t-shirts and shorts in the summer.
Personal Hygiene Products
Hygiene products that are always in demand include soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, feminine hygiene products and laundry detergent.

Knowing that some people are struggling to attain the simplest requirements for life evokes so much gratitude within us for what we have. Be grateful on this day.
It promotes generosity
The Day encourages those who have to give to those who don’t have, especially when it comes to an absolute essential like food. This kind of attitude is indispensable for a merciful and humane world.
It Saves Lives
The initiative gathers donations and support to save people from starvation. It unifies us behind one great cause.
